Where people, systems and strategy come together to help organisations move forward.
What I can offerI help impact-led organisations gain clarity, improve collaboration and strengthen the way they work. My support blends human-centred facilitation, organisational sense-making and practical guidance across digital workplaces and everyday systems.
My approach is grounded in understanding people, making sense of complexity and helping organisations turn ideas into practical, sustainable change.
Putting people and real-world use at the heart of solutions.
Creating space where every voice can contribute and be valued.
Grounding today’s decisions in a clear sense of purpose, identity and long-term direction.
Bringing thoughtful questions and systems awareness to unlock shared understanding.
A few recent projects that show how I help organisations bring people, systems and strategy together in practice.
I led the shift from an on-premise setup to a cloud-based way of working using Microsoft 365 and Teams. By aligning digital practices with organisational needs and Microsoft’s roadmap, teams adopted new habits early and built confidence with emerging tools. more… When COVID hit, the organisation was able to move to fully remote working almost overnight with many of the core systems and processes already being in place. The groundwork we’d put in place meant global teams could communicate and collaborate effectively across space and time with clearer access to information and a stronger sense of being one organisation despite being dispersed.
Partnering with Internal Communications, I co-led the redesign of an outdated SharePoint intranet into a modern, user-centred platform. We moved from “department-first” to “user-first” design, using workshops and card sorting to create clearer navigation and content structures. more… The new intranet made it easier for country offices to manage their own spaces, reduced the workload on Internal Comms through automated news digests, and integrated directly into Teams so staff could access key information where they were already working.
I led work to unify identities and integrate systems across the organisation, introducing single sign-on, aligning HR and IT data and simplifying provisioning. This reduced password fatigue, strengthened security and took admin pressure off non-technical system owners. more… Staff could access most tools through a single, consistent login backed by Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). Integrating Microsoft 365 with Google Workspace enabled unusually smooth collaboration with external partners, while the organisation gained clearer governance, fewer “shadow” systems and a more scalable digital foundation.
With over 20 years’ experience in the non-profit sector, I specialise in aligning people, process and purpose. I’ve worked across fundraising, finance, IT, operations and service delivery, and hold an MSc in Strategy, Change and Leadership from the University of Bristol.
I combine human-centred design facilitation (LUMA Institute certified) with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and digital workplace transformation. Recent work includes intranet redesigns, Teams adoption support, data and reporting improvements, and helping leadership teams clarify the strategic goals behind technology-driven change.
Whether you need help bridging the gap between strategy and operations, support with digital workplace transformation, or simply additional capacity within your team, I offer flexible options for small and mid-sized organisations. You can book a call to schedule a no-obligation conversation and explore where I might be able to help.
